Magic & Inspiration

What happens when you put a room full of brilliant entrepreneurs together and ask them to stop talking about business?

Pure magic.

Last week, we had the incredible honor of presenting two workshops—The Entrepreneur Life Audit and Visionary CEO - Vision Board Creation—at the Entrepreneurs' Organization Accelerator (EOA) annual retreat.

Being surrounded by leaders and creators sharing their highest highs and toughest challenges was deeply inspiring. But this wasn’t just a standard business retreat. It was an intentionally designed opportunity for members to step away from the grind and focus entirely on themselves: their dreams, their wellness, and their balance.

Leading these conversations reminded me of two powerful truths:

  • Community is a superpower. As business owners, we need safe spaces to be vulnerable, ask the hard questions, and learn from those who truly get it.

  • You cannot pour from an empty cup. If we aren’t at our best, our businesses and our teams won't get our best.

As we head into the summer months, I’m challenging myself to practice what I preach in those workshops. For me, that means being fiercely intentional with my time and prioritizing self-care—even in the smallest ways.

Instead of a conference room, I'm opting for a walking meeting. Instead of reaching for my phone first thing in the morning, I’m choosing a few deep breaths and a stretch. I'm sitting outside more and just taking a minute to listen to the birds. Small changes make a massive difference.
