A Curiosity for Human Behavior

My journey began with a fundamental question: What drives people? That curiosity led me to a degree in Psychology, where I studied the intricacies of human motivation and behavior. I wanted to understand the "why" behind the individual—the foundational element of every team and every market.

The Science of Connection

I spent my first decade applying that psychological lens to Consumer Research and Brand Building. Working within regional and global advertising agencies and alongside design-led firms, this was my masterclass in listening. I learned how to decode what a market truly needs and how to craft a brand promise that resonates.

But whether I was in a studio, a retail design firm, or a corporate marketing department, I discovered a recurring "wicked problem": a brand is only as strong as the culture behind it. It was here that I identified The Mirror Effect. A brand is a promise made to the market, but the culture is the delivery system. If the internal organization isn't architected to reflect the external brand, the system eventually collapses under the weight of its own promises.

The System: The Architecture of Scale™

Realizing that "Brand" and "Culture" are two sides of the same coin, I pursued my Master’s in Organizational Development (MSOD) at Case Western Reserve’s Weatherhead School of Management. I moved from studying the consumer to architecting the organization.

Today, I combine these three lenses—Psychology, Brand, and Systems Science—to help leaders build their architecture. Having spent my career in the trenches of creative and professional services, I understand the unique pressure of billing expertise and delivering high-level output. I don’t just look at your org chart; I look at how your culture communicates, how it honors its brand promise, and how it scales without losing its soul. I also have a diverse network of experts available to address specific category and leadership needs.
